What types of support services do you offer?
For young people, we offer structured, boxing-led sessions supported by mentoring, emotional wellbeing support, and confidence-building activities. These programmes focus on helping young people develop resilience, self-belief, and positive routines in a safe and supportive environment.
We also run a range of wellbeing and fitness activities for adults, including aerobics, boxercise, yoga, and tai chi. Full details are available on our other programme pages.
How can I join a program at C4CWB?
You can join our programmes by registering through our website or getting in touch with us directly. We welcome young people and parents who want to learn more and explore whether our sessions are the right fit.
Are the activities free of charge?
Most of our activities are free, thanks to our generous partners and sponsors. Some specialized workshops may have a small fee, but we strive to keep costs minimal.
Can I volunteer at C4CWB?

What age group do you support?
We primarily support young people aged 12 to 25. Some programmes may be tailored to specific age groups, so we encourage parents and young people to contact us to discuss individual needs.
How do you ensure the safety of participants?
The safety of young people is our highest priority. All staff and volunteers are DBS checked, sessions are appropriately supervised, and we follow clear safeguarding policies to ensure a safe, supportive environment for everyone involved.
