Putting Our Policies Into Practice
At Champions 4 Change Wellbeing CIC, our policies guide what we do every day. All staff and volunteers are DBS checked and receive regular safeguarding and wellbeing training. Clear reporting routes are in place so that concerns can be raised and addressed quickly and appropriately.
Our sessions are delivered in safe, welcoming environments with age-appropriate activities and clear boundaries. By modelling positive behaviour and responsibility, we create spaces where young people feel supported, respected, and able to thrive.
